How to lose fat fast?
Losing Fat Fast is not as hard as you might think. All you need is Weight Training and Healthy Nutrition. By the way, YOU DON'T LOSE FAT DOING CARDIO. So, forget about hours on the treadmill in a sweaty gym- it's not going to make you leaner or healthier. Weight Training on the other side is what you need to get rid of that stubborn fat. Why? Here's a good article on this subject "Is Your Cardio A Waste of Time?" by Kim Ball. She explains this great misunderstanding about cardio and weight training.
Some Yoga Styles can help with Fat Loss too (the research is here), but not necessary, if the emphasis is given to relaxation and flexibility.
In Transurfing Yoga with Dumbbells we've combined the best from Traditional Yoga and Bodibuilding Culture to give you the ultimate recipe for Fat Loss. The workout is intense and demands 100%of your attention,  but the results are fantastic. Your metabolism will skyrocket and you will keep burning calories long after the training.
How to gain Muscle Strength?
Weight Training is the fastest way to strenghten the muscles. In Transurfing Yoga we use dumbbells of various weight (o.5-5 kg depending on your goals and fitness level), so it easy to adjust the intensity of your workout. All exercises are performed in a slow controlled manner with elements of Isometric Training. We also concentrate on training the small muscle groups (for example, Rotator Cuff) that are often misregarded by many people.
How to improve balance, coordination and flexibility?
What comes to your mind when you think of Yoga? Stretching, isn't it? The asanas or yoga poses safely stretch the muscles, thereby releasing the lactic acid that builds up with use. This results in the release of stiffness, tension, pain, and fatigue from the muscles. Yoga and flexibility go hand in hand. It increases the range of motion in joints and also the lubrication in the joints.
